We’re seeking an experienced and proven professional to join our thriving agency’s Client Services team as a Client Manager. If you’re a confident strategist and campaign planner and great at developing relationships and nurturing a team, then this could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and nurture key relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute strategic insights to major project briefs and campaigns
- Guide and inspire the wider team, ensuring high performance and the delivery of our promises to clients
- Leverage your negotiation and commercial acumen to meet the expectations of both clients and our agency
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, fostering organic growth and attracting new clients
- Play an active role in winning new business, collaborating with the creative team to deliver exceptional presentations
- Support the Client Services Director in resourcing, budgeting, and people management, including performance reviews and objective setting for the team
Required skills and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a senior client services role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment
- Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding client portfolios, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships
- Possess a strategic and innovative mindset, adept at uncovering insights beyond the surface level
- Excellent communication skills, complemented by strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Confidently delivers proposals and creative pitches at a senior/board level
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive research, gaining valuable insights, and ensuring that project requirements are aligned with objectives
- Ideally experienced in the medical/healthcare sector, with an in-depth understanding of HCP and patient journeys
- Demonstrates commercial acumen, with a thorough grasp of business priorities, financial dynamics and, industry trends across both client and agency sectors
- Proficient in performance management and personnel evaluation
- Embraces a positive and collaborate approach, combined with a curious mindset and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking
